Dutch Fork 3-4: The Base Defense
Pelham was the defensive coordinator at Dutch Fork high school while they won 5 consecutive South Carolina state titles. He then went to a struggling program at White Knoll HS and turned them around quickly. Leading them to the SC state title game in just his second season.
